Men's Day Out completed 2-years of their journey in July with over 1600 print articles and 100 videos.
Last month, we happened to interview former Supreme Court Judge - Justice Markandey Katju who shared how laws are biased in favour of women. Along with several other critical judgements and news articles, Madras High Court has upheld 'Right to be Forgotten' - which permits falsely accused Men (in false rape case here) to redact his name from court order after acquittal. This precedent will surely enable several other men whose names continue to appear on internet searches as accused, even after they are acquitted.
