Transplantation process is divided into 3 phases.
1. In depth analysis and detailed tests  (Approximately 53+ tests)
2. Scouting Process (Based on the test results, identification of the Donor with suitable heart through a Government defined process) This is the most complex & lengthy process.
3. Once the Donor is ready, operation will be initiated.
