Here is a quick update on Sameer’s health as of the 26th-Oct-2019.

- Sameer is responding to 50% external oxygen since yesterday evening and this is a good sign. Hence doctors have postponed the ventilator pipe insertion through throat for the next 48 hrs.
- If Sameer's oxygen level remains the same and does not fluctuate then there is a high chance that Sameer will be out of the ventilator after 48 hrs.

Below is the update on Sameer’s health as of 25th-Oct-2019-morning report.

1. Sameer’s medical reports are looking positive and most of his reports are now looking normal.
2. He might be on the ventilator for another 10 more days.
3. His X-ray reports are looking promising as on today morning and infection is dissolving.
4. Doctor’s might move him to Tracheotomy tomorrow. This is another way of giving ventilator support from throat instead of giving from the mouth. At least he will be able to see everyone once the ventilator is given from the throat instead of the mouth.
5. His HB count is less and dropped to 8.0, but there is no internal bleeding that has been identified. As per the doctor, this will eventually get shot up.
6. HIS LFT (Liver Function Test) count has gone down to normal, which originally got shoot up to 15 times.
