It is with a heavy heart we inform you that Nagesh Rao is no more with us. Unfortunately, he passed way despite the best efforts of ours and doctors and left for his heavenly abode.

The funds raised will be used to clear the medical bills. Thank you all for coming forward and supporting the family. Please pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Thank you to all of you who have supported this campaign. Here is a small health update about my father.

He is currently taking medication as prescribed by the doctor. His transplantation is supposed to take place in Sparsh hospital Bangalore, but currently, we are visiting Manipal hospital, Udupi for his daily check-ups.

Doctors have prescribed him steroids for reducing water from the body and for liver function. Due to the Covid issue, the transplantation is on hold. It will cost us around 28 lakh and hence we had started this fundraiser. We have been spending money on medication, frequent liver tests and he was even admitted a few times for albumin inducing.

We have requested for ₹15,986.54 and $362.31. All these funds will be used to take care of his current medications and check-ups and his transplantation. The funds are being transferred to my (Anusha's) account and then be used for my father Nagesh.
