Thanks everyone for the support.My wife has improved in terms of listening to the words we speak and moves her neck.She's attempting to speak , but no words coming out...After continuous attempt to speak , she cries !!!
We are making her sit on wheel chair couple of hours daily . Unfortunately she got bed sore on her back and she's getting treated for bed sore ( happened 2 weeks back )due to long term bedridden condition.Position change to lateral side every 2 hourly is done to avoid persistent pressure on same side of body.
Currently her bed sore has improved and will take some more time for curing bedsore.Thanks again for your support and prayers for her full recovery.

Thank you for your wonderful support !
My Wife is managing well with out oxygen support for more than 2-3 weeks. Daily physiotherapy is being done to loosen the closed fingers ,tightened hand.Making her sit on wheel chair for couple of hours daily after around 4 Months on complete bed care.
Some random yawning /cough sound is heard with the downsized tracheostomy. We are awaiting for next level of improvement on speech and talking to her regularly to spell some words.Natural improvement process is taking its own pace.

Got discharged from Hospital after reducing to smaller tracheostomy tube and Week of Physio treatment in hospital.Looks like she's feeling better after reducing tracheostomy .She's now able to manage without supporting oxygen.Trying to mobilize her on Wheel chair for some time for the natural eco rehab.
