Many thanks for standing behind us in this hour of crisis .With the blessings of God and all your prayers Lekha is progressing well .She has started communicating in writing and with gestures which is a huge improvement in itself .. The infections in the blood stream and in the deep surgical cuts made in the leg remain a concern for the treating team hence she is still in ICU but in a position of great hope .

Infection is contained in the wounds. PET CT scan is done to rule out any occult cancer. Tracheostomy and oxygen management needs another fortnight in ICU care.
