Update on our boy CHIEF:
~His visit on 16/9/2019 to Dr. Prathamesh Desmukh for neuro consultation went very well. He was active and alert.
~He has GP loss in both hind legs which could be neurological or due to nerve damage in the past, we will understand everything once the MRI is done.
𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝑴𝑹𝑰 𝑰𝒔 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚-8 𝒑𝒎.

~He is on his anti seizure medications and antibiotics for the infection detected.

The grunting noise while breathing still persists and with it, our determination to nurse our boy back to health mentally emotionally and physically.
While on the way back home we took him to the beach. He played catch for the first time ever since he was rescued!
Every time he stared at us for the catch, we wondered what goes through his mind does he think we’re going disappear on him after he chases his ball or if, we can be trusted to not disappoint him. Does he feel the joy, the sand beneath his paws or the sound of the waves or does he look for dumpsters to be prepared to be abandoned.
It weighs heavy, to not know.

We are still short of funds for his care and nursing. Hence we have to extend the campaign so that we can raise enough funds.

Look at our handsome boy CHIEF!

Thank you everyone, who donated for his care. He is eating well and responding to his anti seizure medications. He was discharged from the vet on the night of 7th sep and is recuperating. Our young champ, has become light sensitive since he's got seizures.
He continuously barks seeing bright lights.. all we try to do is to make him feel at home, unthreatened and assure him that everything is fine and that he is not going to be abandoned anymore.
That,he is loved and that he belongs. He doesn’t have to ever eat from a dumpster again or be neglected and ignored.

His follow up visit to the vet to schedule MRI is in next 2 days.

We are still little short of funds for his nursing.
Please, please share his fundraising campaign and help us raise enough funds for his care.
