Here is an update on Praveen’s treatment.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your support and prayers.
As informed by Dr.Sunil Bhat, during Praveen’s last visit to the hospital, he was not suspected with any abnormalities. He is currently stable, however he needs to undergo a Bone Marrow Transplant at the earliest.
The doctor has asked Praveen’s parents to undergo a blood test, hoping to find a fully matched donor for his transplant. There is also a requirement of a TCR alpha/beta depletion kit in half-matched transplants, costing 12 lakh rupees for it alone and has to be imported from Germany.
Please do pray for a successful operation and help him fight this battle.
